DEFEND YOURSELF
Learn how to defend against various strikes. Kickboxing builds confidence in your abilities that will transfer not only to the other classes but outside the gym as well. We welcome beginners and experienced students to join us.
CONTROLLED DRILLS
Learn the proper technique to use and defend punches, kicks, knees, and more. We do this real time with a partner, so you learn how to deal with an attacker. You don’t need to worry about getting punched, kicked, or beat up in this class because we keep all drills controlled and safe for all of our students.

SPARRING
Sparring is not a required part of our program, but it is a great way to test your skills and techniques in a live but controlled environment. You will learn how to stay relaxed in a real situation and how to defend attacks real time!

What is Sparring class like?
The sparring class is broken up into two parts. The first 30-minute session is an introduction to sparring. The newer students get to join the class and learn how to spar and drill with each other as well as get feedback from the more advanced students. The last part of the class is advanced sparring. At this point, only advanced students can be on the sparring floor.

Open Gym
Can’t make it to a class? All members have access to the gym during business hours to use the fitness room, follow along with the workouts, or work the bags outside of class times.
